Exclusions

  • You fail to implement required changes within a reasonable timeframe
  • You do not provide the necessary account access or information
  • Google permanently terminates merchant privileges for your business

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period after the initial 30-day guarantee period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
